Parking

Visitor parking on campus is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend the following parking structures:

Campus visitor parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The maximum daily rate is $15. We recommend the following:

  • Helen C. White Hall (lot 6)
  • Grainger Hall (lot 7)
  • Lake & Johnson (lot 46)

Current campus parking availability.

City of Madison parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis. The rate is $1.50/hour. We recommend the following:

  • State Street Campus Garage (entrance at 415 N. Lake Street)

Travel

The Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) is 20 minutes from campus and the hotel.

If you are flying into Chicago, the Van Galder Bus Company provides round trip bus service from the Chicago airports (ORD, MDW) to Madison. For more information, see vangalderbus.com or call 1-800-747-0994.

Madison is easy to navigate with Uber or local taxi companies such as:

A block of rooms within walking distance of the workshop site is available with a special nightly rate for workshop participants. Information on how to reserve your hotel room is sent out when you officially register for the workshop and pay your registration fee.

June 4-5: A block of rooms have been set aside at the Hampton Inn and Suites for $154/night including breakfast.
